Return & Exchange Policy

UAE Shipping

Orders can take up to 5 business days to ship out. Please note orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Any special shipping requests can be made at check out.

UAE Return Policy

We will accept returns if they are in unworn condition with all tags attached for exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. We reserve the right to refuse returns that are

  • shipped after the 7-day grace period

  • worn

  • altered

  • washed

  • or damaged in any way.

All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.

We are unable to accept returns for items purchased at other retail locations or other websites.

Posh Omega is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to forces outside of our control such as weather. Posh Omega does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that a return package is lost, stolen or mishandled. We reserve the right to refuse the return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements.

International Shipping

Duties and taxes for international orders will be calculated at checkout.

Please allow extra time for shipping internationally.

International Return Policy

We are not currently offering free returns for international orders. If you wish to return your pieces, please email customercare@poshomega.com with your order information and we will assist in the return process.

All tags must be fully attached at the time of return.
